Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with any item that you have purchased within 10 days of receiving it, then we will arrange to either credit you the value or replace the goods, whichever you prefer upon our receipt of the returned goods.

To receive credit or a replacement the goods must be unused and in a mint re-sellable condition.  This includes all labels attached and the product in its original packaging.  SMR reserve the right to refuse credit or replacements for items not returned in the above state.  Proof of purchase must also be provided.

If you are returning something because it does not fit or is not suitable you will be liable for postage & packing costs to return the item to us and for a replacement to be sent.

If you receive faulty goods or SMR have made an error in the products sent we will reimburse you fully for returning the goods and you will not be charged postage & packing for replacements.
