SMR Marine Ltd has been established in Brighton Marina since 1971. We are the largest supplier of masts, spars and rigging in the South East of England. With our Sail Loft, Rigging and Chandlery departments all situated under one roof in the Brighton Marina we can cater for all your yachting needs.
Our Chandlery is the biggest in the south east of England outside of the Solent and can cater for all your yachting, safety, rigging, cleaning, maintenance, and apparel needs. We are also more than willing to try and source products that are not in stock.
Our on site Sail Loft department has over 30 years experience with our highly respected sail maker and we are also a Hyde Sails agent and distributor. Our services include new sails, full valet, UV strip replacement, sail covers, safety lines, enclosures, dodgers and lazy jacks, just to name a few.
As sole agents for Selden Masts in the South East region, our staff are factory trained and certified by Selden to provide regional support. This allows us to offer a comprehensive range of rigging products, spares, accessories and their installation.
Brighton Yacht Rigging (Southern Masts & Rigging) are a professional yacht rigging company. We are the official South East Agents for Selden Masts, Spars and Booms and Furlex. We are based in Brighton Marina and we handle all aspects of standing rigging, running rigging and yacht maintenance. We service yachts in Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne, Newhaven, Brighton Marina, Shoreham, and Chichester. We also serve the east coast counties of Suffolk and Kent , including Ramsgate, Dover, Gillingham, Rye, Fareham, Chatham, Medway, St Kathrines Dock and the whole of the London area.
